Gabe Hoover has nearly 30 years in Education, Training, Coaching and Mentoring. Throughout his career, he developed a deep understanding of leading people, understanding their needs and communicating process oriented solutions—especially in the recovery phase of training. In addition to having this coaching background, Gabe has personal knowledge of the work that goes into making significant health shifts. Gabe grew up as an athlete and competed hard, but as the routines changed and training slowed, Gabe's health deteriorated. In April of 2022 things changed. Gabe, at 47 years old, finally took responsibility for his health again and with that increased training realized the need for his own personal recovery. This is the inspiration for Recovery By Design.

Leveraging this extensive background, Gabe founded Recovery by Design Shop with a clear vision: to bring professionally curated, premium recovery products to homeowners and businesses alike. His hands-on experience coaching gives him a unique advantage—he understands not just how products look, but how they perform in real-world settings where comfort, durability, and functionality matter most.

At Recovery By Design Shop, Gabe focuses on sourcing and offering high-quality saunas, cold-plunge tubs, hyperbaric chambers and red light therapy panels that meet the demands of a customer's training regimen. His approach is rooted in practicality, long-term value, and customer satisfaction.
